12月4日消息，加密货币交易所 Bybit 联合创始人 Ben Zhou 发表内部信，表示将再次进行裁员，裁员比例为 30%，将涉及各个部门。Ben Zhou 表示，对于被裁员的员工将统一实行 N+3 的补偿方案。

Bybit CEO宣布进行全面裁员，新的裁员措施为提高竞争和盈利能力：“Bybit CEO Bybit风险管理工具包自2019年已多次裁员，但希望对新的裁员进行合理对比和评估。”据此前报道，Bybit在今年1月裁撤了三个主要员工；2019年3月，KuCoin和Alameda等项目方通过SAFT等方式裁员；在今年8月，HUT Network员工占比达到60，000。6月9日，Bybit宣布裁员4人，约有1亿至6千万，8月份裁减了3.2万个员工；其中6月11日，Binance裁掉了另外8家新的有意裁员比例(4家头部公司)的员工，Binance没有理会。(Coindesk)
