12月2日消息，CFTC主席表示，Ledgerx拥有针对大型上市公司在可预见的未来进行利润出售的财务资源，而不仅限于大型公司。Ledgerx与美国主要的加密公司和交易所FS SeragIT和Circle Global签署了协议，将组成一家合资企业，并托管其运营的数据。
Ledgerx已同意与其他《证券法》要求的公司合作，并将在验证期间向注册商开放虚拟资产交易账户，审计不超过250万美元的公司资金来源以及合同的会计是以保险的形式存入和兑现。
