10月10日消息，年内有多家私人投资公司在首个比特币期货ETF ProShares 比特币战略 ETF(BITO)中建仓，建仓将持续两周。已经有60多家私人投资公司表示认为支持该基金抛售。美国证券交易委员会发言人称，已增加将在 10 月底举行第二次比特币期货投资议会，并已从财政和行政委员会增加两名高管。
关于支持比特币ETF的提案包括但不限于：维持比特币持有者所有权平等以及释放其获取比特币价格的机会
截止10月9日，比特币的持有者最多，为美国用户带来至少5%的FOMO(高额的比特币期货出现敞口)收益，不超过 21 亿美元的现金、近 2 亿美元的资产基金。
