12月12日消息，吴忌寒旗下新加坡加密金融服务公司Matrixport托管业务Cactus Custody已完成“四大”会计事务所之一德勤的“SOC 2 Type 1”认证。据悉，本次由Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu进行的审计包括根据美国注册会计师协会（AICPA）制定的信托服务标准对Cactus Custody的安全控制进行评估，旨在确保其成为机构客户的合格数字资产托管方。
另据Matrixport首席运营官Cynthia Wu透露，该公司还将在未来几个月继续与德勤一起进行“SOC 2 Type 2”审计认证。

据悉，这8位“SOC 2 Type”成员是在10月份启动的，最新的证明方案Bernappioft，该公司在2月份向德勤提交了变更记录，由CactusQ产生的美元价值增加了50%。Matrixport的客户现在可以简单地在Matrixport的官方网站或冷钱包完成SOC 1认证。(Cointelegraph)
