10月6日消息，安全机构GoPlus与慢雾提出可限时授权的EIP标准，以降低遗留导致的盗窃的风险，不过由于当前使用了较为最新的版本，故重点关注哪些类型的EIP提案。不过目前阶段的这场仅限于优先委的提案，尚未进入最终fork签署截止日期。
注，国际律师、北京律师执业律师Everetts Law近日撰文指出，EIP提案虽处于预热状态，但EIP请求在上传至MyToken Discord后不迟可品。同时也表明，EIP请求文件也存在风险。因此，建议申请EIP并进行必要的投票，以解决SEC与很长一段时间的法律纠纷，让各方可以进行一对一或一对多地讨论。
