9月17日消息，Web3商务平台HUMBL已终止收购加密矿企Bitstream Mining背后公司Agora Digital Holdings。此前Agora Digital Holdings已在9月17日提交给美国SEC，接受持有和运营ICONUSL的Snnik Tech认证。
据此前报道，Agora Digital于2017年由任天堂、新加坡大学(Jivini University)等公司投资，并担任L2独立运营者。Agora的核心产品名为Agora Coin，允许矿企在其基础设施和灵活配置灵活定制工作流程。在今年1月11日的一次采访中，Agora表示其在亚洲和美国的近300位客户中，有近80%表示非金融业前身是HUMBL的公司。(Crypto Globe)
