9月23日消息，Harmony发布关于Horizon跨链桥资产恢复提案的更新，该提案主要研究了HarmonyHorizon跨链桥合约调用，如何在以太坊、币安智能链之间转移ONE。
1. HarmonyHorizon跨链桥合约将会被销毁：将54%用于USDT、USDC、BUSD、USDT总供应量，使用20%用于社区。
2. Horizon跨链桥合约后续会逐步增发ONE，直到ONE完全恢复。
3. 币安智能链BSC上资产恢复提案将不会增发ONE。
