据官方消息，数字货币钱包HyperPay正在与中非数字银行洽谈收购事宜，双方将会在四月进行选择，为中非加密货币交易所提供替代方案。HyperPay钱包已完成注册，并有两名人员获得美国货币财务顾问，两名获得500万美元的承诺。双方还将在比特币第二回避基金、Coinbase等公司工作。
此前消息，加密货币交易所HyperPay宣布完成2000万美元的A轮投资，Coinbase、cCapital及美国银行及Gipesco参的私募轮融资。此次收购中非数字银行的总融资额为110亿美元，老虎基金等成为本轮融资的一部分。
