11月30日消息，韩国检方以违反《特定经济犯罪加重处罚法》中的欺诈及渎职、违反《资本市场法》、违反《非法信用行为限制法》等嫌疑，申请对Terra联创Daniel Shin等8人发出事前拘捕令，其中4人是Terra Luna的早期投资人，另外4人是Terra和Luna技术开发的骨干人员，这8人都留在韩国。

韩国检方已申请对Terra联创Daniel Shin等人的事前拘捕令，并要求对Terra暂缓案件的关键问题上诉主审。此前消息，Terra于去年12月推出，已经帮助投资者挽回超过170亿韩元(383亿美元)的损失。据悉，Daniel Shin等人是韩国国民议会的特别立法者，由“促进元宇宙”组织者、韩国国民议会科学和社会专家组成的研究机构，也是韩国“金融委”。此前报道，去年11月，Terra于6月份起诉Do Kwon和其子公司Daniel Shin，称其发行的Terra代币遭6.4亿美元损失。(彭博社)
