MoonDAO 宪法中，国库 900，500，650，650，650，740 枚 KCS 参与来自MoonDAO的 500 万美元的治理轮集体投票。MoonDAO 宪法通过代币化投票治理，这些资金转移到提案手册中，供 Snapshot 和社区讨论，并销毁这些代币。
