10月18日，据官方消息，OKX Blockdream Ventures宣布联合以太坊扩容项目Emaland Moonbeam共同举办i- Heco项目招募，暂定所属团队将设立总额10亿美元的基金，用于支持Aptos生态的发展。此外，OKX Blockdream Ventures创始合伙人Matthewu Tong (23块)宣布成立投资基金，将向致力于Web 3基础研究和生态发展的项目提供资助。
根据相关公告和文章，此次招募投资基金预计将覆盖200多个优质项目，其中包括：10亿美元的加密市场、10亿美元的链上资本，对Web3.0的未来存储、基础研究、Web 3基础项目的投融资、跨链技术的开发、早期投资等在内的20多家项目，届时这些项目再添10万以上的用户，甚至100万以上的新用户。
