1.将原来的EIP引入到一个提案投票。提案详情：将原来EIP-1108将移至提案。
2.将原有的Convex Maker一次性修改为“pool1”。提案详情：将原来EIP-1087修改为“pool1”。
3.以新用以销毁计划258.04.0。
4.以新用以销毁计划258.04.0最终确定。
5.将原有40%的投票权再次引入合约。
6.在16或者18到22个月，请用户不要购买反对票。
7.以新用以销毁计划258.04%的投票赞成。
