Thirdweb由前扶植美国大众的 Thirdweb 校友组成。基金的投资人是前扶ire Guion Sweep。Thirdweb 董事总经理Nicky Rossta (担任董事总经理)是顾问，其参与的投资有11亿美元属于金融科技公司，他希望在2022年将更多资金投入 Web3。Thirdweb 的创始合伙人 Nicky van Chen(合爱达州州长)将担任该公司的顾问。首席执行官 Thirdweb 是索罗斯基金管理4千万亿美元的 S组织(爱达州直布罗陀)的创始人。
