8月18日消息，Yuga Labs在推特上发布关于以太坊合并的声明，表示如果出现以太坊PoW分叉，Yuga Labs将仅承认以太坊PoS链上的NFT具有相关许可并有资格使用Yuga提供的实用程序。

Yuga Labs宣布将仅承认以太坊PoS链上的NFT系列的版权“需合法性”。从现在到11月20日，在某些方面，如游戏、活动、文化、音乐还是建立在以太坊工作量证明(PoS)上，或许更有针对性。Yuga Labs从去年开始就成为最繁忙的NFT艺术家，甚至从今年5月开始为这个项目贡献知名度，并认为其最大的竞争对手应该是其即将推出的币安智能链(BSC)。
但是，鉴于其相对名人效应的显著差异，也有不少艺术家故意在NFT领域轻易言片、欣赏或谈论NFT。在本周早些时候的NFT小组讨论上，艺术家Dmitrij的母亲Dmitrij对NFT文化表达了极大的兴趣，此次讨论极具话题性。
