10月14日消息，Web3风险投资平台Intersection Crypto Ventures宣布将推出旗下第二支加密基金ICV II，ICV II是专注于为加密和区块链公司提供投资和咨询服务的初创公司。该基金将通过两个独立投资者为第三支基金、第三支轮和最后一轮投资者提供担保。据悉，该基金募集资金将以年化初始回报率平均为2%。另根据首席执行官Michael Novogratz的说法，加密和区块链技术为该基金提供了一种托管的方式，将其加入到风投和天使投资行列。除了债券和固定收益投资外，该基金还拥有一些专业的金融和监管部门专家，这些专家主要关注区块链技术如何影响投资和保护投资者。注：Novogratz此前曾担任经济学家和广播员Joseph Standen。
