9月25日消息，基于Lens Protocol开发的专业性去中心化社交媒体应用Orb宣布启动内测，并将开始内测活动。Orb称，目前正在开发17D模拟后端工具包，可以测试并创建Reddit用户驱动的O-Primus页面。在接下来的几周内，Orb将逐步开放更多的选项。
作为早期的Orb工具包，Orb可以为用户提供Orb Nova以及Orb Nova功能的搜索。新增的选项包括用于存储社交图片的简单NFT，例如Reddit Telekraft。
此外，Orb表示将于本月晚些时候推出作为展示新O-sender网络对象的应用商店。
