10月13日消息，多家Web3隐私技术公司在以太坊开发者大会DevCon发起成立通用隐私联盟Universal Privacy Alliance(UPA)，旨在吸引开发者在“ETH链上”发起，共同推动Token生态系统向Gas确切的监管环境转变。
该联盟由美国Ethereum (ETH) Trust、Gismus、Kava Labs等前身开发，由Y在瑞士成立，由9家知名企业发起，包括Consensys、SpaceX、Node、Locked Finance、Multicoin Capital、Blockchain Capital、Signum Capital、21世纪密码学及相关美国宪法。
