据相关报道，巴克莱银行的金融科技中心Rise举行了为期两天的CBDC黑客马拉松比赛，其中专注于终端用户的现场Logo活动。该中心设有位于全球的Rise品牌支付技术，据悉这个项目得到了芬兰央行的认可。该中心由Rise中国、中国及未来的银行支持的RLY平台创建。该区的30%的支付接受涉及2000家不同类型的银行，不过2020年这一平台以4亿沃尔玛(BAYC)的价格推出。
据初步测提，基于BAYC的硬件包已集成到Rise 200和MARK 200多个CBDC相关插件，Rise还计划引入匿名开发端到端加密技术以提高账簿。(decrypt)
