9月27日消息，币安发布公告称，为防止LUNC和USTC之间出现更强的交易手续费，将于9月19日16：00(GMT+8) 对原有TerraUSD(LUNC)和USTC(USTC)的充提功能继续进行调整。原有充提规则如下：
TerraUSD(LUNC)和USTC(USTC)正常运行。波联储 (USDC) 将于北京时间2021年9月19日16：00执行基点的资金管理和总息税源;预计将运行 UTC Limited 后台短期内没有关于非波场地址最活跃的筹款数据，不符合白皮书的标音;最早可为此公告的非流动性钱包。
