9月20日消息，币安宣布获得迪拜虚拟资产监管局 (VARA) 颁发的最小可行产品 (MVP) 许可证，此前部分理证明和 VARA 能够在 2022 年最后期限之前满足币安全球转型、拥抱创新、开发基于分布式技术的 Centre 和 Sponsor 等全球创企的规划。 币安首席执行官 Andrei O’Hamilton 表示，MVP 的设计的确意味着币安将推出，但不依赖全球范围内的多中心化网络。通过币安提供的服务，币安正计划尽早提供更多服务，以利于全球的创新和竞争。
