该议案将专注于为欧洲央行(ECB)做出贡献，欧洲央行在确保震荡率为 60%、全球通证价差为 75%、任何地区治农超gin BrCo 促进资金划拨到 362 万英镑(约合 146 美元)的高级监管机构。
McGuinness 称，只要启动一项规模相当大的加密资产立法就允许对该行业的创新和监管进行重大调整。目前加密货币行业还属于原始的监管范围内，然而随着创新和风险受监管，监管应该会改变。
