上述知情人士表示，首先，ERC-3475涉及到控制和版权保护两个难题。其中，最大的难题是版权问题。版权问题一直被讨论在中，以太坊平台上不断出现以太坊比赛、作品竞拍、知名人物、头部项目竞拍等 NFT 竞拍 作品， 目前大部分作品和艺术与游戏类的 NFT 都未获得很好的版权投资。
据悉，早在今年2月，爱奇异影众多 NFT 项目 Formless 宣布推出 ETHFIL NFT #2，该 NFT 版权归购所有者所有。
