One is by participating in the Rose Treasure Pavilion and exchanging them with 20 Rose Hearts. The other is by exchanging other rewards inside the Rose Treasure Pavilion.

In the game, if players want to exchange for something, they must first purchase the items inside the treasure pavilion before they can make the exchange. Therefore, when making a purchase, one must consider it carefully before proceeding with the exchange because there are limited exchange opportunities for each item. For example, a permanent hero can only be exchanged once, while some skins can only be exchanged three times.
