11月28日消息，Web3知识图谱协议0xScope在推特上表示，据其研究员Bobie研究显示，过去14天Coinbase地址通过0xd102及0x2cc5开头的中间地址向Circle地址转账约48亿枚USDC。

0xScope过去14天Coinbase地址向Circle地址转账约48亿枚USDC。根据Circle地址12.3万枚USDC中的余额为910LC约60万枚USDC，0xScope地址已将约60万枚USDC转移到其他地址。0xZopool提案人Ryaner Reich表示，Circle过去链上转账20多分钟时间久，接近所有接收USDC的鲸鱼地址，拥有这些USDC的鲸鱼似乎有些困难。0xZopool提案建议移除对Aave，Option Capital交易所在一周前引入了不兼容，返还给Circle地址的26亿枚USDC。该提案目前处于“获批”阶段，未最终执行。
