10月1日消息，据Cosmos官方推特表示，为了进一步推广Cosmos可扩展到更多区块链，Cosmos已引入可执行代码-IBC框架。Interchain将使用Interchain主要代码(network)来推动可互操作、开放以及去中心化的基础网络价值。 Interchain将通过Interchain Collective(布鲁克长城)框架推出可执行代码、开放和可审计USDC框架，以便核心开发者能够根据Interchain可执行的代码集，构建易于互操作的网络。Interchain的开发者系统也是开源的。这意味着任何在Cosmos区块链上运行的智能合约都将需要Interchain的IBC框架才能工作。
