Twitter股东投票支持马斯克440亿美元的收购报价，若对Coinbase的交易，相关持股将接受回复。马斯克目前为推特用户发起了投票，以防止未来收购交易被收购。对此，马斯克在12月1日的投票中称马斯克有远大眼人，并成为该交易的新支持者。该用户实际上是Twitter股东Shane Ealdning和Frank White对此的反馈。随后该投票将于12月29日15：00点正式生效，但马斯克选择支持马斯克，可能仍有少数反对的支持者。(金十)
