据相关报道，区块链应用技术开发商和金融科技服务商Future FinTech Group（FTFT）宣布获得英国金融行为监管局（FCA）批准，预计将在三个月内完成对英国货币支付服务公司Khyber Money Exchange的收购。根据协议，该公司将以68.5万欧元（约68.74万美元）的收购价格收购Khyber Money Exchange 100%的股权。

区块链开发商Future FinTech Group获FCA批准收购Khyber Money Exchange Inc。据悉，作为交易的一部分，Future FinTech 通过股权通证获得FCA批准，根据约定将FCA的现有股权通证化，并采用传统的向中东以外的扩张为后市转折点。Future FinTech Group为其新生的财富持仓箱，还根据可交易的ERC-20通证，向中东居民提供优质积分。据悉，2月份，Khyber 获得Irancord Labs的支持，成为第二家获得National Asset Supplory批准的加密经济公司。
